Why Ceramir

Strength. Flexibility. Aesthetics.

Patented laser sintering technology creates a unique combination of strength, flexibility and aesthetics in Ceramir CAD/CAM BLOCK.

320
MPa Flexural Strength

High Fracture Resistance

Laser-sintered bioceramic with a flexural strength of 320 MPa, comparable to lithium disilicate. The unique single glass phase gives the material a shock-absorbing effect that helps minimise occlusal stress.

0.3
Minimum Margin

Natural Translucency

T-BLOCK supports shade adaptation through cementation, while C-BLOCK is available in A0, A1, A2 and A3 chromatic shades. High edge stability supports thin margins down to 0.3–0.5 mm, while a short polish provides a natural-looking high-gloss surface under different lighting conditions.

0
Firing Steps Required

Reduced Chairside Time

Ceramir CAD/CAM BLOCKS are designed for a more effective workflow. Simply mill, polish and cement — no additional firing step or equipment is required, due to the patented laser sintering process.

"Feedback from patients about the crowns has been really great. The bite feels more natural to them, it doesn't feel as heavy as other crowns might. They're smooth, easy to clean — all those things we love."

2

Polish

Achieves a high gloss surface similar to natural tooth appearance in minimal polishing time. No additional firing is required.

3

Cement

Compatible with recommended cementation protocols for adhesive resin-based composite/composite cement. T-BLOCKs can be individually colour-matched through cementation for highly aesthetic results.

No — this is one of the key advantages of Ceramir CAD/CAM BLOCKS. Simply mill, polish, and cement. No additional firing step is needed, helping reduce chairside time and no furnace is required for this workflow.
T-BLOCK is a highly translucent universal enamel block that can be colour-matched through cementation. C-BLOCK comes in chromatic shades (A0, A1, A2, A3). i-BLOCK is specifically designed for implant-supported restorations, fitting precisely onto titanium base (Ti-Base) attachments.
Yes. Due to the composition of the material, restorations can be repaired chairside with composite if needed — which may reduce the need to remake the restoration.
Ceramir CAD/CAM BLOCKS are proven free of Bisphenol A (BPA), non-toxic, and cause no irritation to skin or mucosa. The material also has antibacterial properties from zinc oxide and fluoride, which prevent biofilm and bacterial growth on the restoration surface.
